What this is (and isn’t)
iPotane is a small, ad-supported site, not a company with a support desk — so there’s no ticket system and no promised turnaround time. Every message gets read; some just take longer to answer than others.
Good reasons to write in
- A calculator giving a result that looks wrong
- A museum or Learn entry that’s inaccurate or missing a source
- An idea for a new reading tool
- A broken link or a page that won’t load
- General feedback on the site or its content
